Hello. I’m Kristina.
I help leaders, professionals, and growth-oriented individuals reconnect to what matters most to them — and align how they think, decide, and show up so they can lead and live with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My work is grounded in the belief that real power comes from alignment — not force. When people are connected to their values, strengths, and internal authority, they make better decisions, lead more effectively, and create lives and careers that feel both successful and sustainable.
How I Work
As a coach, I am a thought partner and guide — offering a space for honest reflection, bold thinking, and meaningful action.
I bring empathy, curiosity, and accountability to the work. I meet people where they are, challenge them when it matters, and support them as they practice new ways of thinking, leading, and relating in real life.
This work goes beyond insight alone. It’s about integrating awareness into daily decisions, relationships, and leadership — especially under pressure.
Experience & Perspective
I draw on more than three decades of corporate leadership experience across customer experience, client success, relationship management, and business development, paired with extensive coaching training and hands-on practice.
My background allows me to bridge personal growth and organizational reality — supporting people who want meaningful change without losing credibility, performance, or momentum in their work.
My training and certifications include:
Co-Active Coaching
Positive Intelligence
Hogan Assessments
LUMA Design Thinking
Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)
These tools inform my work, but they never replace the human process of reflection, practice, and growth.
What Clients Say
“She helped me see that I’m more than a job title.”
“She gave me permission to want something different — and helped me act on it.”
“She held me accountable to what actually brings me joy.”
“She sees your strengths before you do — and helps you own them.”
Why This Work Matters to Me
Like many of the people I work with, my own path has included success, challenge, uncertainty, and growth. I’ve experienced supportive leadership and unsupportive environments, strong cultures and toxic ones, clarity and confusion.
Those experiences shaped how I lead, how I coach, and how I support others.
I do this work because I believe people should not have to settle — in their careers, their leadership, or their lives. We all carry unique strengths and possibilities, and with the right support, alignment, and courage, it’s possible to create a life and way of working that truly fits.
